Sengkaling Recreation Park
“The
Dream Family Travel”
Sengkaling Recreation Park was built in 1950 by Mr. Coolman
(Netherlands)
on area 9 hectares. At first TRS only to employees,
but eventually opened to the public.
In 1972, TRS was
taken over by PT Bentoel and since
May 2013 taken over by the University of Muhammadiyah
Malang. Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling
is
located at Jl. Raya Mulyoagung No. 188, District Dau, Malang regency, or is
about 10 km from the center of the city of Malang. The location is very
strategic because right on the edge of the highway that connects the city of
Malang in Batu, so it is easily accessible by private car or public
transportation.
Sengkaling Recreation Park is one of the tourist attractions that are
suitable for
all family members, according to the slogan "Water
Dream Family Travel".
Recreational park is never empty of visitors, especially
on weekends or holidays. Sengkaling Recreation Park is open every
day starting at 06:00 to 18:00 (Monday-Friday) and 6:00
to 20:00 (Saturday, Sunday,
Great Day).
In general Sengkaling Recreation Park consists of
various facilities, among others :
• 5 units of the pool (hot water and cold water)
• 2 unit building (Multipurpose Building)
• 13 units of the game (Boom-boom Car, Bike Water, Bumper Boat, Kiddy Train, etc.)
• 2 units of restaurant
• a large parking yard and shady

Sengkaling
Food Festival, the new tourist icon in Malang which is the
Largest culinary tourism in East Java. Sengkaling Food Festival open everyday at
17:00 pm until 11:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday open starting at 12:00 pm until 11:00
pm WIB.
